Brooks Homes was established in 1994 and has since been dedicated to providing quality homes in the Pacific Northwest region. We have an excellent support team of subcontractors who have worked with Brooks Homes for many years. These long lasting relationships allow us to ensure that each Brooks Home is built with care and precision as well as upholds the Brooks Homes’ standards of quality. We know we’re only as good as our team members. That is why we retain those companies that have proven themselves over the years. Because of our team member’s reliability and loyalty we are able to offer two-year written limited warranties. Our goal at Brooks Homes is to continue to provide high quality homes and great customer service for years to come.

President, Ed Brooks has worked in the building industry for over 30 years and has constructed over 2,500 homes. He attended the University of Washington and graduated with a degree in Building Construction. With his experience, education, and dedication to the building industry, Brooks has developed a family business where he continues to provide quality homes while passing on his knowledge and expertise to his two sons and daughter.
