Brooks Homes, Inc. was established in 1994 and has since been dedicated to providing quality homes in the Pacific Northwest region.  Past developments include: Royal Anne Court in Bothell, Old Poplar Highlands and Chandler Park in Brier, and Cascade Heights in Lynnwood. Our goal at Brooks Homes is to continue to provide high quality homes and great customer service for years to come.

President, Ed Brooks has worked in the building industry for over 30 years and has constructed over 2,500 homes. He attended the University of Washington and graduated with a degree in Building Construction. With his experience, education, and dedication to the building industry, Brooks has developed a family business where he continues to provide quality homes while passing on his knowledge and expertise to his two sons and daughter.
